General Account Queries

You can update all of the data associated with your Access Techniques account including your name, address, contact and security details along with your Password, in the ‘My Account’ portal.

Simply click on the icon in the top right of every page.

All information submitted by you and held by us is stored on our own superfast private dedicated servers. The hardware is housed in a 24hr manned Datacenter near Rugby UK with regular maintenance performed and daily backups taken via RAID.

All sensitive member information is obfuscated within a MySQL database.
All payment account details are stored with our respective 3rd party Payment Merchants.

Your connection when browsing our website uses end-to-end SSL encryption.

You can request to close your account and have all associated data removed in line with GDPR practices. We would be very sad to see you go however.
