1. SUPPLY OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse to supply products, training courses or services to any individual or company. The supplier of the goods featured is Access Techniques Ltd.
2. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
3. REFUNDS OF PAYMENTS
Customers buying goods online have the right to cancel within seven days of ordering or receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel an order you must return the goods to us in good order by post or in person. Refunds are usually delivered in the same form as payment, but unless the goods are faulty or incorrect customers are liable for any shipping charges.
If you wish to reschedule a course please contact us as soon as possible, we can usually accommodate changes given a few days notice. Customers cancelling courses after the start of the course are not eligible for refunds.
4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the unlikely event that there is a dispute in relation to the goods supplied, any dispute or claim shall be governed and constructed according to English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by any Court or other authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then the validity of the rest of these Terms & Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be effected thereby. We may at any time terminate this agreement without notice to you.
5. SHOP USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Permission is granted to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on this Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, such as the modification, distribution or republication, without Access Techniques’ prior written consent is prohibited.

Access Techniques is a registered trademark of Access Techniques Ltd. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify the Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site without Access Techniques’ prior written consent. The use of Trademarks on another website or network computer environment is prohibited. Access Techniques prohibits the use of Trademarks as a “hot” link on or to any other website unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance.
